We had to renovate our bathroom and hired this company recently for all the plumbing work. Everything turned out great! The guys were easy to deal with, and they did a huge job and a good one of course. The experience from start to finish was impressive . Thank you Plumber to Your Door.

Our high-efficiency heating system kept shutting off, which was the last thing we needed with temperatures dropping. We called Plumber To Your Door after noticing water collecting around the unit. They found a blockage in the condensate drain and cleared it. Once everything was draining again, the system stopped giving us trouble. Glad we had it looked at before the weather got any colder.

We've used several plumbing companies over the years, and this was a particularly good experience. The team arrived when scheduled and completed the catch basin maintenance without interrupting our normal operations. Communication was clear, and the cost was competitive compared with the other estimates we received. Everything was finished within the agreed timeframe. We'd certainly consider using them again.

Excellent experience with George. He handled the plumbing for our kitchen renovation and was professional throughout the entire process. He took the parts he needed at the same day, so there was no second appointment or waiting around another day. Everything has been working fine since. A very good company.

I really liked that he explained our options first and didn't make the situation sound worse than it was. Everything has been dry underneath since then and the cabinet was left completely clean.

I had been meaning to add a battery backup to our sump pump for a while and finally booked it with Plumber to Your Door. George was very friendly and showed me how the backup switches over if the power goes out. The installation itself was clean and didn't take nearly as long as I thought. Before leaving he had me come downstairs so I could see how everything worked. Very happy I finally got this done.

Very profesonial plumbre

On Aug 22 I called this company to come and repair a toilet leak. Two guys came Andy and Mateo. They spent close to 2.5 hours trying to resolve the issue. After replacing the gasket, the water was still leaking/clogged. They brought in a machine to snake the pipes and still couldn’t unclog the toilet. Then they brought in another machine which had a camera and said it was longer to pinpoint exactly where the blockage was. After all of this they said they removed the blockage and clog and the water was now running smoothly through the pipe line. They mentioned that their service had a one year warranty. They also mentioned that we should consider getting a power wash done to clear out anything that is left. I was going to consider this before starting renovations in that bathroom. Throughout their time in my house they were walking through the house with their wet and dirty shoe covers and going outside with them on and coming back in with the same booties on. I actually told one of them to please change his booties. They left the bathroom in a complete mess. Today Aug 27, the same toilet clogged up again and I called these guys back and I spoke to George the owner and he said we only give warranty on the parts and not a clogged toilet and he kept saying the only solution was to do a $1000 power wash. I was so frustrated that I called another plumber and he was able to unclog and clean the pipe out within 2 hours and I only paid $200. What made me upset is that George didn’t even say we can come and check again. Please think twice before calling this company. I paid them $542 and the problem came back again after 5 days.

Not the nicest plumbing problem to have, but Plumber to Your Door was great. Andy came out and got the sewer backup cleared and checked the line before leaving. We were back to using everything normally pretty quickly. He was also very respectful and didn't leave the place a mess. That's really all you can ask for in an emergency.

I had to call a plumber because the pressure-balanced valve in our shower wasn't working properly and I'm glad I came across Plumber to Your Door. Andy , a very nice guy and very professional replaced the faulty part, and everything has been working normally since.

Very profession

Matteo replaced our old main water shut-off valve after we noticed it had become difficult to turn. He explained why replacing it now could prevent bigger problems later on. The work was completed neatly, and the cost was very reasonable. Great experience overall.

I honestly thought replacing our outdoor faucet would be a much bigger job. Matteo handled it in less than an hour and made sure there were no leaks before leaving. The price was fair and there were no surprise charges at the end. Thank you again for the great service.

The sump pump system failed during testing and was not removing water properly from the pit. Since this can become a serious problem I called George and he has done some other work in my house. Everything was solved and repaired so quickly . I will aways recommend this guy for plumbing issues, He is the best.
