This company (led by George) provides excellent all-around service work and advice. The organization has access to a range of resources that they can bring in to solve cascading problems requiring specialized expertise and knowledge. We had a backed up toiler problem/flood at Xmas that they handled with great speed and efficiency. This problem grew as the the backup reoccurred due to tree routes. George and his people handled the growing problem, and then organized and executed the repair of the home space, replacement of the sewer line and flooring, installation of the backflow valve, and rebuild of the washroom. The work preformed was first class and the workplace was left clean and tidy and looking great. Although several ‘surprises’ occurred during the hasty project, George did not change his price and the upgrades and rebuild came in on time and for the quoted cost. I would deal with this honest man again in a heartbeat!
The repair was done quickly and correctly, and the price was very reasonable, no surprise charges or upselling. What I appreciated most was how respectful they were of my warehouse, they wore shoe covers, cleaned up after the job, and made sure everything was working before leaving. It’s hard to find trustworthy service these days, but plumber to your door step really delivered. I’ll definitely be calling them again if I ever need plumbing help.
