Our toilet waterline connection and shut off valve started leaking. I hadn’t used a plumber in many years and did a search on the internet like everyone else. I sent in my contact information late on a Sunday night and George called me first thing Monday morning (I did not need emergency service as I had contained the leak). A plumber, Emile, arrived in two hours. He was very professional and got right to work diagnosing the problem. He updated George by phone, and then George gave me a couple of options. The price he quoted me was fair and reasonable. George was very clear about the work to be done. Emile started on the work right away, had all the parts in his truck, and was done without any further issues. He even helped me with a dripping kitchen faucet for no extra charge.
