Because of these cold day, yesterday there was no water pressure at all. I called Chris and he checked the pressure valve and adjusted it. He tested all the taps before leaving which I much appreciated. Price was fair too and they provided a good service.

We had a faulty shut-off valve under the sink that wouldn’t close no matter how hard we tried. George came and replaced the damaged valve quickly and checked the nearby pipes to ensure nothing else was worn out. He did a great job and explained what signs to look for next time.
