Book Your Appointment

• Call (416) 473-3214 or book online. Let us know if it’s a drip, low pressure, loose handle, or full replacement.
• We will confirm your address and give you a two-hour arrival window.

On-Site Inspection & Quote

• We charge a standard inspection fee, but inspection fee is waived if you accept our quote.
• Our plumber checks your faucet, supply lines, shut-off valves, and sink fittings to pinpoint the issue—worn cartridge, mineral build-up, or faulty valve.
• If you need a new faucet, we can recommend trusted brands (Moen, Delta, Kohler, Pfister) and order one for you, or you can supply your own.
• You receive a clear, written quote covering labour, parts, and any recommended updates before work begins.

Repair or Install

• Repair: Replace cartridges, O-rings, or washers—or tighten fittings. Most repairs take 30–60 minutes.
• Install: Remove the old faucet, prep the sink area, and install your chosen model (single-handle, pull-down, widespread, etc.) using proper sealants to prevent leaks. Most installations take 60–90 minutes.
• Tip: When selecting a faucet, consider spout reach, handle style, finish (chrome, brushed nickel), and water-saving features. Our plumber can advise on site.

Testing & Cleanup

• Turn on the water and let the faucet run to check for leaks, spray patterns, and smooth handle operation.
• We wipe down the sink area, remove old parts, and leave the space clean.

Warranty & Payment

• You receive an invoice showing “from” pricing (labour + parts) plus HST. We accept credit card, debit, or e-transfer.
• Your 1-year warranty covers any part we install or labour issues—if something’s off, call with your invoice number and we’ll return at no extra labour cost.
