I forgot to leave him a review last time, and he has quickly fixed a shower valve that was incorrectly installed and failed, paired with a shut-off valve that had failed and needed replacing. They arrived promptly after an early Boxing Day request to clean out a stubborn kitchen sink clog that presented itself in the middle of Christmas dinner preparations.
