We had water leaking from first floor ceiling three weeks ago. It was a Friday night. We googled and called several places late Friday night. The PLUMBER TO YOUR DOOR is the only company who has someone answered my phone call and made an appointment with me to come and check on Saturday. George is the plumber who showed up on Saturday. He immediately found out that the leaking is not from the drain system but from the floor of the shower room. He told us the water proof and the slop of the shower room floor is not done properly which caused the leaking. We need to redo the whole bathroom to fix the leaking forever. To avoid future water damage to our house, we agreed. He issued invoice and planed everything in details: including time line of the work, who should do what at when. His part and our part of responsibility. So that everyone is on the same page and work can go smoothly. It is small bathroom, and it took them about 10 days finish everything. The water proof and slop of the floor title are done professionally and the finish looks beautiful. I am extremely happy with the work done by Joseph who sent by George to redo the bathroom tile and floor. Not only the finish is beautiful, his work is also very accurate. We had a glass wall from old shower room which we want to re-use. To be able to reuse the old glass wall, all the measurements after renovation has to be exactly the same as before renovation (max allowable deviation is less than several millimeter). And Joseph made it and save us the cost of the new glass wall.
