This means that if any issues arise within the warranty period, we will return and fix the problem at no extra cost to you.
What method of payment do you accept?
Below are the payment options we accept:
- Visa or Mastercard for credit card payments
- E-transfer as another digital payment option
- Cheques are accepted only for new installations and renovations; unfortunately, we cannot accept cheques for any service work
- Cash payments are also accepted, but please note that we cannot provide change, and there is no discount for paying in cash

The team was there right on time sharp, as we had discussed. They fixed leaky pipes, replaced damaged parts, and left everything cleaned. George quickly assessed the issue in our main toilet. And upon providing a reasonable cost to repair it, the problem was fixed to our satisfaction.
George was prompt and courteous. He checked and quickly identified the issue and fixed our shower leak. He provided an estimate ahead of time and performed the work as agreed upon. He also provided his honest advice regarding my other questions I had. In the end, even the cost was very reasonable. Thank you George!

My drain was backing up, George took my call and was willing to come after 5pm on a weekday to take care of my issue. Once here he reviewed my issue and determined the best course of action. Cost was reasonable and once agreed he promptly fixed my issue, cleaned up and recommended some weekly maintenance to prevent future issues. Would recommend for anyone that’s busy with work during the day.
